| First Step |
We need:
- Clear & readable scan copy of passports
- Please inform choice of Hajj program and room preference
- A deposit check of $ 2000.00 per person

| Second Step |

Filled out visa application form (Download from Saudi consulate of NYC)

- Passport, must be valid at least 6 months from date of Umrah or Hajj
- Photographs, 4 photographs for Hajj (print your name and telephone behind each photograph)
- Meningitis Vaccination Certificate
- Full payment needed 40 days prior to departure
